The International Registration Plan (IRP) Online System (ATIOS) is used to maintain and verify vehicle, fleet and carrier information, as well as receive and track applications from Alberta carriers.

To Register your vehicle, you will require:
- Proof of Ownership
- Valid Insurance
- Valid Identification
- An out-of-province, salvage or commercial inspection (if applicable for vehicles coming from out of province or for commercial use)
- Prorate Notice
- Confirmation that you have a current Safety Fitness Certificate (vehicles over 11794 kg’s) and Commercial Vehicle Inspection (see the links on this page for full details on Safety Fitness and Commerical Inspection requirements)
